WiFi and Bluetooth problems

I somehow have problems with WLAN and Bluetooth, so I have already tried itlwm and Airportitlwm but my WLAN only works with 2.4Ghz, with 5 ghz it is quite normal with speedtest.net, but when I do a Google Speedtest it is only about 0.3 Mbps and you can notice that definitely. With Bluetooth, it doesn't actually work at all, except when I have my dongle in. I have all the necessary Kexts inside but somehow Bluetooth doesn't work. As far as I know I have an Intel card, but I'm not 100% sure and I don't have Windows on my laptop anymore to check (Lenovo T480s with MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1). If I could I would even switch to a Broadcom for AirDrop etc, but it seems that doesn't work with Sonoma. I would be glad if someone can help me
