What's the latest MacOS that I can run with this machine? I'm trying to see if i can run my first hackintosh attempt. [Specs Below]

Hi! So it's my first time attempting a hackintosh build so I can use Logic Pro for music prod. I'm curious if I can run any of the new MacOS versions on my machine. I'm currently running a Win 11 installation and thinking of installing MacOS on a partition if it's found compatible.
