Ventura, i7-6700K, RX480 on old system: How would you migrate to 14700K, 6950 XT system?

Hi, I have never moved an existing setup over to a new system, before. I have Asus Z790 ProArt Creator, 14700K, 6950 XT on new system. I would like to move my Ventura drive to new system, and not sure about the procedure. Would I have to just do a reinstall or is there some way to copy things over such that all I need is to make new EFI for Ventura on new system? I imagine it isn't that easy, and that I would actually do reinstall. That said, if I reinstall Ventura, could I just copy my Applications folder, or would I have to reinstall?

Very curious how others would go about this...
