Stuck at apple logo, empty progress bar and can hear voice assistant in the background. macOS High Sierra

Motherboard/System: Acer Aspire XC600

CPU: Intel i3-2130

GPU: Intel HD Graphics 2000

RAM: 8GB DDR3

Storage: 512GB HDD

So, I installed macOS succesfully? but when it boots into the operating system, it just get stuck on the apple logo with an empty progress bar.
