sshould I use Kaby Lake or Coffee Lake Tutorial?

Hello I have HP elitebook x360 1030 G3
i7 8650u
UHD 620
8gb DDR3 Ram
120hz & Touchscreen

I know that the 8th gen of intel proccessors is called coffee lake. However, in my laptop, I found in intel website that it's called Kaby Lake-R

so should I use the Kaby Lake guide or Coffee lake?
