Sonoma back to ventura

Hi guys i installed sonoma with opencore patcher and it installed without any problem I didnt format my drive and it worked as a normal upgrade without loosing my data

But some of my programs dont work so i want to go back to a older version probably ventura Now that i want to install it it says it cant install ventura because there is a newer os installed Is there a workaround for this i dont want to loose all my data
