Should I Upgrade to macOS 12 (Monterey)

I have a Dell Inspiron 3521 with an i3-3rd gen, with HD4000 Graphics running Big Sur.

I also have a macOS 12 (Monterey) full installer on the same laptop. Should I upgrade to Monterey or stay at Big Sur? I only have 1 USB with a backup of my current installation, and I do not want to waste my time again by reinstalling Big Sur from recovery. My EFI is on my laptop's drive with OpenCore, and I did not use OCLP for the current installation.
