Post Instal Root Patch Greyed out

Hi Folks

MacBook Pro 9,2. OCLP 1.5.0 Currently on Catalina (10.15.7). I have re-started and installed lots of times. Currently just erased (APFS and GUID) on everything and clean instal macOS. Catalina wanted an upgrade so I did that first. Then downloaded OCLP 1.5.0 but as it has done on the many times I have been down this route (with High Sierra as well) . As the title says it won't root patch and subsequently won't upgrade to Ventura (my aim). I have replaced the HDD with a refurbished SSD.

Anyone able to guide me through it. Thanks in advance.
