I want to try installing a later OS on an external drive before committing my internal drive to the job. Normally (read: on officially support systems) this isn't a problem; I point the installer to my external drive, let it install, then OPTION-boot to the external drive, and when I'm done I OPTION-boot back to my internal drive. Nothing on one drive affects the other. Does this rule also apply with OCLP? If I install the OS on an empty external drive is OCLP going to do something/anything to my internal drive?
