 | I just reset my iPhone to downgrade from iOS 18.1 to 18. I have my backup on my MacBook, It shows this?? This is a 2016 MacBook Pro, I used oclp to upgrade to Sonoma 14.6, is it safe to get 14.6.1 from settings?? I obviously don't want to upgrade but I want to recover my phone.
