Please help. Installing error Ventura.

Trying to boot MacOS on my FA706IH (Asus AMD Ryzen 4600H).

Steps so far:

1. Downloaded Ventura 13 and create USB with method #2 from dortania guide

1. Replaced EFI folder with EFI from (same laptop):
