No recovery partition or boot options

Hi I was trying to make a Windows installation via boot camp on my MacBook Pro but I accidentally formatted my OS X partition 🤦🏻, now my Mac is not booting obviously and I don't have any boot options the alt/option is not working and I can't select any USB EFI boot disk, and the alt/option + command + R isn't working either so no internet installation of the OS X, does anybody know what other options I have?
