Need Suggestions!

Sup guys hope everyone is doing fine so I recently discovered hackintosh community and I want do hackitosh on two of my laptops but first I heard oraelaa distro(ik name is wrong i dont want the post to be deleted) are super easy to install and works fine is it true and recommended? if not why not and secondly I need suggestion on choosing macOS version as i am super confused rn the last supported version is something and people are running later versions on that device so my first and main laptop is:

Dell Precision 7520 Workstation Laptop specs are:
Core i7 6820HQ 2.70 ghz
12GB Ram 2400Mhz
250gb SSD
500GB HDD
Nvidia Quadro m1200 4gb dedicated graphics card
intel hd 520 integrated card

so what is the best version for it? also is it true that my dedicated gpu wont work and i only have to rely on igpu??

i5 2nd Gen
4gb ddr3 ram 1300mhz
250gb SSD
intel hd 3000

please suggest for it too as i am super confused rn
