Migration assistant with opencore

I’ve recently just purchased the new MacBook Air m3 and want to transfer everything from old Mac to new Mac utilizing migration assistant. I had open core patcher downloaded on the old Mac(2017 MacAir 7,2) running Sonoma. I’m scared that when I transfer everything that opencore patcher will be moved to the new Mac, which is not needed due to it being new and already running latest OS, and opencore being downloaded voiding my Applecare on new Mac. If I just delete opencore app/files on the old Mac before utilizing migration assistant to transfer everything will that be enough or will EFI be transferred and modified on new Mac. Help a rookie just trying to get through college.
