After running Ventura successfully on my 2013 MacBook Pro, I unwisely tried to update to Sonoma which went fine untill I attempted to install two updates which then froze my Mac in boot, ended up wiping the whole OS so had to revert back to original Mavericks which appears to be so outdated it refuses to boot anything, I’ve got my Ventura boot usb but every time I attempt a reboot it just opens up mavericks again, I’m stuck, any advice please ?
