 | CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 Motherboard: ASRock B450M Steel Legend RAM: T-force Delta RGB 16 GB (4 x 4 GB) 3000mhz GPU: XFX RX 590 Fatboy OC+ Storage: WD Green 256 GB M.2 NVME OS: Windows 11 Pro / Mac OS Sonoma At first my build always stuck at kernel panic, after some research and help from discord, it seams my XFX GPU vbios not working well with macOS, so i flash it with vbios from Sapphire Nitro+ RX 590, after that it can boot to install menu. But because it's online installer and my internet speed sucks, it took 19 hours remaining to install macOS and it's failed at 16 hours remaining. So i research offline installer and i using corpnewt UnPlugged, finally i got macOS Sonoma installed on my PC. What is working: Sound out using mobo 3,5mm jack Hardware acceleration and decoding DRM Sleep Wake-up What is not working / not tested: WiFi (didn't have wifi card) Bluetooth (didn't have bluetooth card) Speaker (forgot to test it) [link] [comments] |
