I have a weird issue with my long-term build. - Has been recently migrating from Mojave after about 5 years of stable use.
The setup is a Gigabyte Z370N motherboard, Coffeelake 8400, with two, Samsung 970 500GB and Intel 670p 500GB nvme SSDs. One is used for multi-boot systems, the other is for the HFS+ home directory.
