Macbook pro 2011 Sonoma Firmware throttling

Just find out that firmware throttle exist 🤦🏻 I've been using this thing for over a week all laggy and with a CPU usage of 90% , downgrading to sierra and updating to high Sierra to use Open core and try another OS none of them where working fine until now that I find out about firmware throttling and disabled it now this thing is flying, I've rescued this MacBook pro from a dumpster it was all sticky and had little fungus inside the screen I managed to restored it with an SSD two 4gb ram modules, it doesn't have a battery so that's probably why throttling was enabled, already ordered a new battery and speakers as they are broken but I'm very glad that I've decided to bring this home
