Hello I have a macbook pro late 2013 dual 750m 500GB 16Gb Ram 15” 2.3ghz that i fried while changing the thermal paste; had been running MacOS 14.3.1 with latest 1.50 OCLP version.
I sourced a new logic board that was the same but 2.6ghz, they shared the same ecm & i was told there wouldn’t be issues? Anyway when i swapped the board out the mac is very laggy, barely plays video, opening apps takes ages, keyboard strokes takes seconds to register etc.
I have tried reinstalling OCLP & doing post instal patched but no change.
Also the battery is not working, immediately turns off when disconnected from charger.
What gives?
