Kernel Panics

Hi All,

I managed to successfully boot my hackintosh and have been using it for audio production for the last month or so, every now and again I experience a kernel panic that seems to be related to bluetooth.. The latest half way through a recording session on Logic. I'm running Sonoma 14.5 on the below hardware. The details of the panic are also below and wondering if anyone can point out what the issue may be please? Thanks in advance!
