I have never had a problem with the IntelMausi kext, in my roughly 4 years of using this machine. However, I upgraded to sonoma earlier in the year, and at some point later I noticed that unplugging ethernet would cause a sleep related KP later. I don't use ethernet for my normal network connection but I have various devices that I occasionally need to connect to via ethernet for a short time.
