im new to hackintoshing and i was wondering if this would work

so i was thinking about assembling all the parts of a mac pro

intel xeon cpu

compatible motherboard

ecc ram, gpu etc etc

if i did all that would the system be able to run macos natively? or is there more hoops in order to make a proper Hackintosh
