How long did the update take from 14.5 to 14.6?

Was running 14.5 and saw that 14.6.1 is out. I went to setting -> general software update to update from 14.5 to 14.6.1. The file downloaded but it looks like progress has stalled at "35 minutes remaining." I restarted and I'm still stuck at "35 minutes remaining." Is this normal?
