How do I disable firmware throttling with opencore on Monteray (I know the group if for hackentoshing but I dont know where else to ask for help)

I just got the Macbook Late 2008 for 40 euros, and opencored it with a ssd but becuse the battery is not in the Macbook its so slow. I saw the option in OpenCore to disable firmware throttling, but when I click it and then go back and rebuild OpenCore its the same. The option is not checked
