Help with Dual Boot macOS and Windows 11 on Lenovo S145 (8th Gen i5) - Blue Screen Issue

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to set up a dual boot with macOS and Windows 11 on my Lenovo S145 (8th Gen i5) using OpenCore, but I’m running into some issues. Every time I try to boot into macOS, I get a blue screen, and the only way I can boot is by using the USB drive. I’ve checked my BIOS/UEFI settings, but I can’t find any option to configure SATA mode to AHCI, which I’ve read is necessary for macOS to work properly.

Has anyone faced a similar issue with the Lenovo S145 or a similar model? How did you resolve it? Are there any specific OpenCore settings or kexts I should be using for this setup? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
