Help Using iGPU and dGPU

Hi, I installed MacOs Sonoma on my computer and patched the 1050ti with OCPL, but even so, Photoshop and Premiere did not recognize the dGPU and ended up causing me problems. In the future, I intend to upgrade to a compatible Rx 580, but for now I wanted to know if it is possible to use my HD 4600 iGPU for programs and the dGPU for the display. I have already enabled it in the bios and patched it following the Opencore guide, but it still does not appear. If I disable my dGPU, will it work? I also saw that the last compatible OS is Monterey, if I do the drowngate, will it solve the problem?
