Had a P320 Tiny laying around, now it's hackintoshed

I saw that this type of PC can make good hackintoshes, so I wanted to try :)
I followed the Dortania's OpenCore Install Guide.

Hardware specs:
CPU: Intel core i7 6700T
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 530 & NVidia Quadro P600
RAM: 32Gb DDR4 2133MHz
Motherboard/Laptop Make and Model: Lenovo ThinkStation P320 Tiny
Audio Codec: Realtek ALC294 (layout 12)
Ethernet Card: Intel I219-LM
Wifi/BT Card: Intel Wifi 6 AX200
BIOS revision: 2020.80.5.0.0

Working:

• Graphics acceleration (iGPU only)
• USB (both 2.0 & 3.0)
• Audio (Internal & external)
• Wifi & Bluetooth
• Ethernet

Not Working:

• dGPU (obviously)
• Sleep (if anyone have an idea to fix that)
