Posting this here in case somebody needs it; If your MBP 2015 Early Retina has kernel panic on any OS installation OCLP (Ventura/Sonoma) - its most likely caused by NVMEFix Kext that needs to be disabled through ProperTree app.
That fixed all issues my machine had, was able to install Ventura & upgrade to Sonoma through System Settings.
