Hi I have Windows 11 and I want to use both MacOS and Windows on my Laptop. Is my laptop compatible with MacOS?

I want to have latest MacOS version. Also I want to select what I want to boot on startup. I heard there are people having no wifi bluetooth, or lost their BIOS.
