Can someone tell me whats the root of the issue and if there's a fix

I have a dell latitude 7400 with an i5 8365u 16gb of ram and 521gb nvme storage plus an igpu which is uhd 620 and it requires framebuffer patching so after i did the patching i tried booting the installer and boot times where very slow like 10 to 20 minutes which is weird since before it took like 1 minute and I've tried everything i could possibly think of but still i couldn't find a fix can someone help
