I need macOS 13.5 or higher for uploading an app to the appstore. I've tried different tutorials, with different OS images, with different EFIs, and have never gotten past the install phase. Can someone please tell me if my device is incompatible or if I'm just doing something wrong.
I'm using a Dell Optiplex 5070 Micro model D10U.
Intel i5-8500T, 6 core, integrated graphics.
8GB 2666MHz DDR4.
Also of note: all the usb ports are 3.0, there are no 2.0 ports. I've heard that can cause issues.
