Bluetooth disabled after few days not using it

Hi, I have a weird issue with bluetooth.

I'm on a Dell XPS 9570 running Big Sur over OC 0.6.6 (yeah, i know, but I never had the time to make it from scratch using a new OC). Bluetooth and Wifi have been working smoothly for years with a BCM4350.

Now, a few days ago I disabled bluetooth normally from its toggle because I wasn't gonna use my BT peripherals and I could have used a bit more battery. Today I need back BT and the toggle won't come back on. Wifi works fine. From Hackintool > Peripherals the BRCM is found under the Network Card list but not under the BT card list. It looks like the BT module is never loaded.

I tried only resetting NVRAM and countless reboots so far. I can't recall for sure but I remember having had this problem once in the past but can't remember how I solved. Any help is appreciated :)
