At wits end - black screen bootloop

MBP 15” mid-2015, NVMe 1TB

For the past 1yr I’ve had Ventura 13.6.3 (installed via 1.4.0). Over the time OCLP updated to 1.5.0 and then problems started. Finder freezing, apps hanging, till having to shutdown via holding the power button.

I backed up my data and embarked on a journey that has been hell over the past 3 days. Things I have tried.

1. Clean format 13.6.3 with 1.4.3 works the first round then black screen. Safe mode works
2. Clean format 13.6.9 with 1.4.3 works well, black screen after root patch install. Safe mode works
3. Update Firmware: Mount EFI, delete OC and System folder, used appcleaner to uninstall OCLP cleaning all folders and files related. Reset NVRAM and SMC. Used a Monterey boot disc made from a non OCLP machine using terminal. Process installs well and then black screen with fans spinning just before machine setup screen
4. Installed a spare OEM SSD with Monterey….even that boots to a black screen with spinning fans.

I have clean formatted the NVMe at least 5 times and each time i get the same problem. Black screen after the boot progress bar, just before the login screen and the fans be spinning. And now the spare SSD is bootlooping also.
