Another [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] help post

Hi all, I'm at my wits end with this one. I have tried everything to get this setup to work (followed dortania's guide) but still have this darned [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] error. I successfully installed sonoma via a online installation, but when trying to boot to the Hackintosh NVME - Data drive in the opencore boot menu it shows a bunch of logs and reboots. I've included the censored efi, as well as the most recent log. Trying Sonoma 14.4
