I was trying to dual boot macOS Monterey with macOS Mojave on my Dell Inspiron 3521 have i3-3rd gen Ivy Brige and HD4000 Graphics.

I used the offline installer to install Monterey (after I installed Mojave). To install, I had to restart, and opencore game me the following error (the entire log):
