Windows doesn't boot from OC picker (OC 1.0.0)

Hello,

As the title stated, I have issues to boot Windows from the OpenCore picker. I'm actually dual-booting Windows 11 23H2 & MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1 : there are on two separate drives with each having its own EFI partition. When I try to pick Windows, it launches but black screen and I have to restart the whole computer. But when I pick Windows directly from the BIOS boot menu, it just boots fine... I try RefinD but same issue. Maybe, I have to delete the EFI partition on the Windows drive ? Everything works fine despite this boot issue.

Hardware :
- Ryzen 5 7500F
- Asrock B650i Lightning WiFi (Bios v. 3.01)
- Storage : Crucial P3 Plus 1Tb (Windows 11) & Samsung 970 Evo Plus 250Gb (Sonoma). OpenCore is in the Samsung's drive EFI.
