Will High Sierra work on my trash no HiDPI 1080p display?

As the title says! Here are some more details if you want:

This is my monitor. Can't buy a new/better one cz I am broke at the moment. It's DOES NOT SUPPORT HIDPI even after messing around with every possible software for adjusting the resolution. BetterDisplay?, DisplayBuddy?, Lunar?, Python scripts?? ... u just name it, I have already tried it. FONTS LOOK BLURRY AS HELL. And, no it's not a problem with drivers (using NootedRed btw).

I believe this has a lot to do with the display itself as it can't be scaled. And if it does, it's for 720p HIDPI which tbvh is very thick & big to me that I can't work properly.

Given the fact that I can't buy a new monitor I am ready to be on high sierra, I WANT MAC OS!!

Why high sierra only u might ask?

Well I think it will support my display as back in the day when retina wasn't a thing, high sierra was there. So it means that it must be made enough compatible with those non-retina, non-high resolution displays. Please correct me if I am wrong.

A huge thanks to everyone for reading this far! Please help me out. I am not a fanboy. I really love macos not because it's macos (like some ppl do). It's just because it's made with perfection (at least for my personality).

Looking forward for help from you guys!
