Ventura USB not working when made on windows

This is the second time I've created a Ventura hackintosh, so I already have a working EFI and can get into the bootloader but there is no option to boot the installer.
My Build:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z270X-UD5
CPU: Intel i7-7700 (non k)
RAM: 32GB G.skill AEGIS DDR4
GPU: ASRock RX 6600
SSD: Crucial P5 1TB

Please note that I have to build the USB in windows

Any help is verry appreciated
