Using single disc version of Snow Leopard

Hi all, I recently came across a shortened version of Snow Leopard that fits on one burnable dvd, credits to u/Porkchop_King, but the file format is in .cdr which is some Mac format (?) My iMac’s disc drive is broken, so I tried to follow this guide on hak5.org, but to no avail. I get this error (see image). Is there a way to properly burn this in windows, or is there another way? Thanks.
