Unable to boot into Ventura - Mac Pro 5,1.

Hi, I am kind of new to this.

I have a Mac Pro Mid 2010 2x2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon 48GB 1066 MHz DDR3 AMD Radeon HD 7xxx 3GB OCLP 1.5 Ventura

I installed OCLP about 6 weeks ago, bar the odd occasion when the screen went blank (pressing the power button on and off booted it up), it would boot up. I did a fresh install as a migration assistant from a Mojave disc failed. After installing some apps today, I restarted the computer. I was unable to boot the computer back into Ventura. I got the white screen with the black apple log - reinstall OS/recovery page. I also did an SMC and NVRAM reset - same issue resulted. I tried with an old SSD with El Capitan (no OCLP) and that booted with no issues. I also tried with the Mojave SSD which I used to install OCLP onto its own SSD. I got the forbidden sign whether the Ventura OCLP SSD is in or not. (One or two occasions when I first installed this, I managed to get the Mojave drive working after the forbidden sign). I bought the computer with Catalina installed and I wiped it and installed Mojave from time machine, which was on my other Mac. I don't know which patcher was used for that?

Does anyone know what I could do here apart from another fresh install? If I did a fresh install, would I be able to open the Venutra drive I had running beforehand? Could this be a GPU issue? Will I be met with this issue again? Many Thanks
