Successful macOS installation, but low Geekbench score

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX

CPU: Intel Core i7-14700K

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 8 GB

on Windows geekbench score: 21080

on macOS geekbench score: 19268

CPU and RAM Overclocked.

Can someone tell me why there is a big difference? Thanks for your help!
