[SUCCESS] Ventura 13.6.7 on Lenovo's V15 G2 ALC laptop

beautifull seeing this computer run osx, the touchpad even though its elan is wired thru HID so i used that instead of elan for kext, WIFI WILL NEVER work because its REALTEK ... :sob:, and audio seems to fully work thru the speakers and line-out (albeit with a bit of quirks for line-out)! gpu accel go brooom and im pretty sure battery is a bit less lasting than before but that's probably because os x is resource intensive, though it works completely fine so i dont mind.

Im using internet via the ethernet port and i use wifi via Android tethering (horndis.kext)

no about me because aboutme keeps crashing, also no finder because i set it to autohide -

Thanks a lot to the pals over at AMD OS X discord and the Dortania and Chefkiss guide! Really helped me out. Took me about 3h to set up efi properly and probably half a hour more to finetune it after installing fully.
