Stuck in Mac progress bar. Please help.

I'm trying to install macOS Ventura on my CoffeeLake system.

I am having a pc with a configuration mentioned below 👇🏻

1. Processor: i3 8100 processor with Intel UHD 630.
2. Motherboard: MSI H310M PRO-VHD with 1151 chipset.
3. Ethernet: RTL8111H Gigabit LAN controller
4. Audio: Realtek® ALC 887/897 Codec
5. Corsair Vengeance 16gb ram 3200 mhz.
6. 500gb SSD.
7. Samsung 27 inch monitor

When I try to install Ventura it stucks in the progress bar. My EFI file is provided below 👇
