Las month, my brother gave me his old 2017 touchbar MacBook pro as he bought the latest air M3. currently it runs with venture very smoothly but I was considering on upgrading to sonoma through OCL. i have some hesitations tho. would the touch bar and touch ID still working? I've had it for a month so would you think its okay if i don't erase the disk to run a clean software installation?
