Is the Lenovo T490s compatible with macOS Ventura?

Hi, I'm considering building a Hackintosh and wanted to get some insights from the community.

How difficult is it to set up a Hackintosh in 2024? Are there any major challenges or pitfalls I should be aware of?

Specifically, I'm looking at installing macOS Ventura on a Lenovo ThinkPad T490s. Does anyone have experience with this model and macOS Ventura? Is it compatible, and if so, what issues should I expect?
