Is it time to upgrade to Ventura?

I have a 2017 MacBook Air which runs Monterey natively and it does so pretty good. No overheating with simple tasks and the battery lasts as long as it should. However, I've noticed that many applications are slowly moving on to Ventura as the minimum supported os. Arc Browser, which ran on Monterey until very recently, just stopped supporting Monterey. So, should I finally upgrade to Ventura or Sonoma permanently? Which one would be better, assuming I don't care about more than performance and support? Or should I just stay on Monterey, and get every last drop out of it before Chrome stops supporting it, and subsequently, the remaining applications which depend on it?
