is "Intel® 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 Combo" and "Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter" same?

My laptop is HP 15-da0020tx and on the official manual on the website of intel, they say for wireless connectivity, my laptop uses "Intel® 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 Combo". But on the device manager, "Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter" is my wireless adapter or wifi. I am not sure if this is my Bluetooth device but this is my wifi adapter. Now, online posts say there's no kexts for "Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter". But the wireless adapter mismatch according to the HP manual . Also the wifi adapter is never replaced or anything.

Are these two same or there's something I am missing. Thanks.
