Installer Won't Boot No Error

Hi, I'm trying to start the EFI that I created following the official OpenCore guide, I can't start the Dmg, once I press ok it remains blocked, I tried to change various parameters but nothing, i'm trying to install High Sierra but I wanted to install Monterey, I saw that it can be done from the OpenCore site. Could you help me solve it? Thanks
