I seriously need help please

My system setup: Cpu- i7-4770 Ram-16GB DDR3 1600Mhz SSD- HP EXO 900 Plus 256GB GPU- Intel HD 4600 (modified 512 MB Vram) MacOS Sonoma

My Experience: I was installing MacOS on my only pc. I backed up my data on an external HDD and started off on this journey, I did everything according to this video https://youtu.be/kwbOf-dDtpc?si=oZX0j2vV_d0mJ1cC My installation was a success, but the performance on my pc is sh*t, it lags even when I move my cursor. I installed MacOS so that I couldn't play games and stayed productive, but this is doing the opposite for now, I don't have another OS to log into, my ethernet isn't showing up in the system, I'm just clogged, please help, I can't do anything cause of this, this is my only pc. I don't know why but the wallpaper isn't changing too, it's just white. I can barely do anything, I know that being a haswell user without an e-gpu would give me bad performance but I didn't expect this bad, I've seen other ppl with worse cpus and gpus run Sonoma. I'm in dire need of help, please help me.
