I need help making a hackintosh

Is there a specific macOS version which will suit my laptop ? And there something I need to keep in mind ?I’m new to this, and a little hesitant as it seems like a lot of things could go wrong ,besides I don’t know how I’m going to download iso files bigger than 10 gb
